A moment to inspire change :- Often, a few kind or inspiring words can make a huge difference. Using the red box on our homepage, share positive thoughts or your favourite motivational quotes to help us beat bullying

Newly launched, this site is aimed at post-primary students and teachers in an effort to promote strategies in dealing with cyberbullying. It contains articles, promotional material and ideas on how to inspire young people to get involved in Safer Internet Day and awareness raising in general. Relevant to SPHE Junior Cycle: Belonging and Integrating, Friendships, Personal Safety, Emotional Health.

Developed in consultation with the Youth Panel, it is a central resource for promoting action against cyberbullying. There's a competition where great prizes may be won, including the top prize where a selection of artists will play a gig at your school. The Your Space section is an excellent way to find out what others are doing as part of this campaign. A starter kit is presented to motivate and inspire young people to get involved. There are also useful resources in video, flyer and image format are available for inlcusion in your campaign. The information, tips, advice and stories presented are engaging and appeal to this age group. All material on the site may be used as a basis for discussion, project work, campaigns or inclusion in SPHE lessons.
